New Suggestion for MMans.
MM works so hard everyday, so as a gift he get Donator after leaving the Position? (resign or getting demoted).

I don't see why should we get Donor ..
We don't donate

after leaving the position .. if you did good .. you are given the Former Staff title

Yeah it's optional to donate to MM.
