Z8 are highly unreliable in there response time. I've had to wait over 2 week's for a reply once. I'd send another ticket in just in case but usually anywhere from 6 hours to 20 day's xD

they have become slower since support update, sucks ass

Well To admit it z8games took 6 days to reply my ticket and since the first reply it takes them only 8-10 hour to reply again....

I think it is send a report 2 weeks ago never got replied back.

It is normal for them to take a long ass time to reply to tickets, and it's only gotten worse over the years.

Crossfire could be one of the best.. but they ruined it. 8 days and no answer. I understand that there are many tickets but It is expected for a game as huge as crossfire is, to hold all the tickets.
