You click the little picture button that says "insert image" and you enter the link of the image.
about the problem you have , the image looks VERY familier but i dont remember how i used to solve it you can try searching what it says Like "The excpetion . bla bla bla and that whole writting with the codes and it should tell you how to fix it , but dont include crossfire just search whats in the box ,,, thats all i can think of
