I tried your script but removed the skill point increase and reduced the amount of money it adds. However it does say i have $400k but when i try to buy some skills it says I dont have enough money. Do you know whats wrong?

The money i have does indeed affect the inventory so i can buy guns, etc but does not affect the skills.
It says i have $400k+ and their one of the 2nd tier skills that are no more than $5k..

The cheating is detectable, the specified cheat however is not.
If you have specific attributes as well as the previously impossible to get armor when playing with people you don't know.
That way you can get reported and then banned.
There is no active system banning people.

They CAN be banned, but chances of it happening is unlikely if none at all if they play with trusted friends or single player.
HOWEVER, if they do play with randoms, then the chances go up exponentially because butthurt players don't want cheaters with them.
Catch my drift?
