You can create a group, and then if you have 1337 posts or higher you can request to have a custom user title added so long as its dimensions are correct.

There will never be official groups for users to make. The only user groups other than staff/newsforce/wiki are for special members.

What exactly will make the group official? We can't give them any perks, we can't give them any powers. What you're suggesting is already in place, and it's free. Make a user group, and request image tags.

Yea no... Not going to happen like that. You can create a regular group and then with proper requirements you can request an image title that you made specifically for that group. That's the best you can do.
