DN MODDING - Need help What file to Edit to make GLOW on weapons and char plz

Hi im modding char and weap (DN NA) and i need to know how i make stuff glow. i saw ppl with Nice Thunder glow and stuff like that,,, what do i need to edit for it ?

ok seems it the sword.act i made a few research and its like wtf not alot of info ... the .act file could have been open with genisis 3d but its a dead prog .. any1 could help me plz
