How did he provide tracking info if you didn't get the item? Fake tracking info? Call Ebay or Paypal on skype, tell them what happened, and they will give you your money back

I don't understand a single shet of what that crap says, and the seller won't respond anymore either.

There's no destination or origin although it seems to report 2 records of movement... Seems shifty to me.
