Anal constpiation issue.

So I'm constipated, I been this way since friday, i shat like three times, but just small little bricks. I had my wisdom tooth recently extracted, I've only took 6 of the 40 thousand pain killers they try to make me over dose on, and they really fucked my stomach up way worst then the tooth extraction zone pain is.

I do anal, annually. Everyday in fact, and now I'm thinking because I have no room to shit this shit out with, It's never going to come out. so should I just stop getting anal for a few days and hope it all comes out, since my ass is pretty loose after today's fucking.
