I Edited my current avatar in PS and removed the Background (Transparent)
Why when i set it at MPGH it shows white background...
why?

Use magic paint tool and save as png.

go on #2 and use the image that I send as your avatar and see if it works,make a backup of your image first of course.

btw:how do I show myself as offline here on mpgh (grey star close to the name)

managed it? if not maybe on your PS settings is 16bit colors of 8
