You need far more than proxies to not be able to be traced back.. Every proxy leaves a huge footprint, but few backdoors and proxies integrated saves time and makes you more sneaky, however, if just using a trojan sort of thing for a backdoor is already an offence.

Working in the infosec industry, I know exactly what I'm doing. Also, Kabam isn't exactly legally obliged to contact anyone as they were the only victim of the crime here (Situation might be a little bit different if they did store financial data, but they don't).

Also no, not sharing anything yet.

Just curious, but what, are you going to do with the accounts? Something like Robin Hood style steal from the rich & give to the poor?
