That sounds way too good to be true D: (even from my experience)
Simple math = 500 per hour (optimal) , 5,000 per day if working 10 hours, that's 1,825,000 a year

VPN is easy to acquire.
Does this involve something like eBay scams, Paypal scams, or Credit card fraud?

If you can get 500$ an hour i'd say the method is worth at-least 150$ Since you could get your money Back easily...But I don't think it is true.
