Phone IP Help

Phone IP Help
I have a samsung galaxy duos Y. Can anyone tell me how can I change my IP? (Im using WI-FI) Tried a proxy on my computer but it didn't change on the phone, so please, any help will be appreciated.
Edit: For all those idiots who will comment google it, I searched up over 10 websites and got no answer.

Wait, try to enable and disable airplane mode and see if it works

first reply is dumb. It'll only get me the modem not change my IP.

Yeah, I apologize for that, I found it on some crappy website, just enable airplane mode then disable it and that should do it

Nothing changed :/ I dont think you understood the question. I meant changing it to another country not change the ip itself.

Buy a Plane ticket to the country you want or use a fucking ip changer on your computer.I don't think you can on your Phone.

Use a private VPN DarkLord. If you google how to log into netflix from another country on your phone, It'll be there(The App Name)
