Help me ?

Hi i don't know if this is the right section but i need your help guys
I think there's a virus on my computer avast can't detect it and this virus disabled my task manager and it messes up my LAN settings
it keeps on checking the proxy box thing and i can't browse it's such a hassle to keep on unchecking the box and then later on it would get
checked again .. please help me i can't even launch my online games the launcher gets failed loading

Reinstall Windows 7
