HELp

I keep getting hack tool detected errors codes are 4:00 and 5:00 and its notmy internet i get around 20-31 ping. Anyone help me please cant play for shit now.

it happens to me every time i tryed reinstalling my windows reinstalling cf comepletly and everything turned off my anti virus and now i reinstalled windows again and i only have cf i keep getting it help anyone please
