Fixed a mask exploit where the player could abuse the mask system to gain money
Tweaked the detection values based on QA and community feedback

Could this mean that they are beginning to start patching?

I doubt it. There was probably an exploit with masks that allowed you to illegitimately acquire money, a loophole basically. Community probably didn't like how detection was handled during stealth, so they tweaked it.
