Should i get this desktop Acer AT3 Series Desktop Computer (AMD A10-5700/ 1TB HDD/ 12GB RAM/ Windows 8) : Desktop Computers - Future Shop

and just replace the GPU with my GTX 650 Ti and a new power supply?

Cuz my current desktop is an i7 first gen and my motherboard has a problem, so instead of getting a new motherboard and CPU, should i get this desktop?
