block esp hack 1.6.4

i was wondering if there's a client or if someone could make a client with only block esp hack. My minecraft cant really handle big hacked clients and optifine and the only client i know with this hack is the Flare client, which makes my minecraft laggy and almost unplayable. The hack is called "search" in flare.

I just dont beilive your computer can be that bad because i had a 12 year old 512 mb RAM computer and i could run minecraft fine with hacks on lowest settings
