Temporary YLOD/RLOD Fix
This is a temporary YLOD/RLOD fix for your PS3 that will allow you to backup your PS3 on a USB/Thumb Drive and/or external HDD using the backup utility software on the PlayStation itself.
Note:
Once your PS3 has YLOD/RLOD, it has pretty much kicked the bucket and a new one will need to be purchased.
I had mine fixed professionally and it only lasted two weeks before kicking the bucket again. ( I was told it would keep happening )
