Black Ops 2 External Triggerbot

i found an error

This hack gives 0xc0000007 error for windows 7 pro x64.
Works on my Windows 8.1 Pro partition though.

I Fixed this error, anyway I'm not sure if this modifies memory. That's how steam VAC works.
Does this modify memory?
