Need a buzz.

Me and my mate can't find anyone selling atm, and we need something to smoke. We've tried tea bags but It doesn't really provide a high. I don't want to pill pop, we've got liquor and shit. But we're underage so something that we can buy anywhere or we can make. (Smoked through a bong)

There is something called PC Powder, forgot what it is. It doesn't show up on drug tests but it can get you fucked up.
It's a household item, just forgot the "real" name for it.
