Hey, i got banned from steam x4 times the game: counter strike global offensive. every month..
So what is happening what should i spoof?

Do you use any types of hack?
Do you have anything that vac may detect as a "cheat" on your pc?
Do you exploit?(maps and such)

Yes, shitty ********** and Virtual Advantage.

Never trust them they sell detected hacks.. better use something else

By the way i mean change ip address or something?

They do not just ban your IP, but the account in general. At least that is what happened to me. :P

Do you get vac banned or what does it tell u?

I have account. that is written on my account page VAC ban(s) record.

That means if you want to play on vac secured server for CSGO then you would have to use a different account

So i dont need to spoof any mac address ip and volume id?
