My ping is always 200+ now yesterday it was 80+ or for the last 1 year Why i am having this problem.

You're saying your ping was ~80 for the last year and now it's spiked to ~200? Which CF version are you playing? Did you begin to play on another server? Did your internet service plan change? Have you moved lately? Did you download any new programs lately?
The only reason people are spiking, is because you maybe downloading something in the background. Or haven't cleaned your PC, and by that I mean using CCleaner and such.
