CF Reskinning weapons
I've been trying to reskin some common weapons lately and the problem that I can't open up the .DTX files with anything than DTXView. I tried using Black Angel Software's plugin for photoshop but I can't get it to work. But is there a plugin for Paint.Net or another way around it? 
the only way to change the weapon skin was by rez but now rez is patched 
But isn't it a bypass for rez injection?

It's extremely hard to get to see your reskin in-game other than through a hack. 
You need a rez. And there arent currenty.
Z8! Patched re-skins. Once you touch that file, you have a chance of getting banned.
