Pc issues...

Hello there.So i know this is the wrong section and everything but i want to ask you guys/girls about a problem with my computer.So my computer is like 5-6 years old and it was in a pretty good shape last year but now it has some problems.Like it doesnt open fast,it strugles to even open different tabs in google chrome !One year ago i could play games such as crossfire,minecraft in really low settings but i could!Now none game would work.Minecraft gets like 5-6 fps and crossfire doesn't even join the games!It has Intel Core 2 6300 1.86 GHz And NVIDIA GeForce 7100 GS(Lame as shit i know ) And 1 gb of RAM .Also it isn't loaded with 1000 programs only the basic stuff and like 5-6 extra programs and games!Could only the Ram make internet so slow and make games unplayable?If Ram is the cause of this please tell me Oh and please move this to the right section Thank you

You need to upgrade that RAM. You need 3-4 gigabytes minimum nowadays. All of your parts could use upgrading though.

I know they need upgrade but i have spent my money last year to buy a laptop so me and my sister won't fight over 1 pc! You think the ram is the cause of slow internet and general slow pc.?Causei am telling you last year i could play even games low settings but i could.And i could have like 8 tabs open in chrome!

On topic, your whole PC could be using an update, try updating all the drivers and if that doesn't work then it looks like it really is time you upgraded.

Well, what OS are you running? I can tell you win 7 needs minimum 2Gb of RAM for normal functions to run smoothly...
Did you check for overheating/cleaning the insides?

I cleaned it like 3-4 months ago...And in hits 70-76 with only 3 google chrome tabs open so i think i need to clean it

I would buy one but as i said before i bought a laptop last year so there will be no conflicts between me and my sister over the pc use!I checked cyberpowerpc and it looks good why all you say is shit ?
