Im trying out a new style, and i've been into these sport tags a bit, with the brightness and dirtyness of them, they just appeal to me, and i remember back in the day when i first started out as a tiny signature maker on sig tuts there was a guy that was killer at this style, i forgot his name

I think it'd be fine without all that light covering everything.
Try removing the flare on top of the text,or bring the text on top of it. If i didn't know/check your nickname i'd never know what the first word is.
