What's your pc specs?
You probably have a ton of spyware or something. I get 60fps in realm.

Gigabyte 990FXA-UD7 rev 1.1 mobo
8gb ram,
gtx 660
1080p monitor res & fsv2 + disable hw accel.
Also, cpu stays at 22.8C (room temp) and gpu @ 26C on liquid cooling, so it's not even using any resources either.. Prob ~ 30% and 20% respectively.
