i just purchase this game today and every time i try to play'it i recieve this error message can any one guide me what i need to do

Which Intel HD Graphics are you using?
If it's 3000 or worse, there is no way you'll be able to play this game at even minimum settings. (That's if you get it working)
Your best bet is to spend around $120 for a Geforce GTX 550 and run the game at 1920x1080 at everything low, image quality extra texture quality extra.
