My classes with assault killstreak rewards are still set to support though, so I guess we just shouldn't change anything until it's all updated.
most rank stuff has been updated by +0x17E380 so edit your tables and hax

From what I've gathered this patch fixes (tries to): Glitches with operations, minimum ram requirement, main menu stuttering, overall in-game performance (2-3 extra fps, Game of the Year) and they also added a new Patch and Background. Probably some more minor useless stuff.
new 463MB update for Ghosts MP on PC was released, and ~12MB update for the single player was released. The patch is said to have reduced the RAM requirement from 6GB to 4GB, making the game playable for more users. The new update adds the Broadcaster Mode, which allows eSports players to stream with a specific – CODCaster-like mode
