Linux Help...

I fucked up my Windows 7 (don't ask how) so i have to run a Gentoo Linux from a Live CD...
Since its just run on CD it completely block my DVD writer from usage...
(And no i don't have any OS installer disk)

So, i would like to install a normal Ubuntu or WIndows 7, but i don't have any idea how to hell to...

I checked a lot of tut on google, but almost all of them required an Install Cd -_-
Soo, i heard about "Lubi" an installer fro ubuntu within other Linux distro...
I downloaded ".sh", ".tar****2" files, but i could not run any of them, only extract the BZ2 file...

I'm very noob with Linux, i have no idea, which is the executable file type on Linux distros, nor how to run them...

I hope anyone would make a simple tut how to use Lubi, or a simple way to install Ubuntu or Win7 from "Gentoo Linux Live CD"...

Get ubuntu on a flash drive(tons of tutorials to make this,make it your OS,get on ubuntu,get windows 7(since you allready bought it i guess torrenting it wouldnt be such a crime

and than you can windows as your OS..

Man, i'm learning as Computer Administrator, i understand these things, also tried many many thing...
I already fixed it, my classmate gave me a Windows Install DVD...

Let me explain you:
- I fucked up my windows 7, that means i could not boot any OS from the HDD...
-I found a DataRecoveryDVD (got it from a PC magazine) which had a "Gentoo Linux" and a "FreeDOS" on it...
-I could boot the Linux, download a WinXP, extracted it on a FAT32 (for FreeDOS) partition...
-I booted up FreeDOS started the WinXP console installer, it copied the files, and then restarted my PC...
-But that mothafuka genius gave me Disk Error -_-
-So i re-downloaded, re-extracted
-And re-started the install from DOS...
-Now i could restart the PC and the installer booted up (Win XP) but gave me thousands of error, that this retarded installer can not copy files...
-I downloaded Win95 and Win98, could not install any of them, since FreeDOS does not have HIMEM.SYS which is required by Win98 and 95 installer...
-Also had no idea for to start Ubuntu installer within the Gentoo Linux Live CD...
-So i was stucked, and must wait 2 day so my classmate gave me a Win7 install disk...

This is just in main points, i tried several other way, but none of them worked...
It seems Windows is just too dumb to be installable from FreeDOS...

Hmm,can you clean the hdd,and install win 7/xp from the beginning?
As a normal boot drive when buying a new computer
