cannot open a zip file?

when udatating warrock korean, i get this error 'Cannot open a zip file [PF_1_24.zip]!

go into the nexon;warrock files then unzip that file

i have winrar and winzip

iget cannot open opatch when itry to download it from the warrock site any ideas help would be appreciated
