Ok so how to Dave and Liz and etc have their avatars like so big? I've been trying to find some but I cant. Do you use some kind of program or what...

You can't make it big, you either have to be a staff or just spam.
lol, you get larger profile pics depending on your permissions (or position on mpgh).
Dave and liz and administrators. They have no avatar size limit.
The limit for donators is 200x250.
If you become a minion and work your way up to global moderator, I believe your avatar can be bigger than donator.
