yip, tested the same files on a friends pc just n0w, and it works fine.... arrggg, so its something on my Pc it seems.

Make sure you have this and directx installed

Do have that installed, including the latest 2012
** uninstalled all of them, only installed 2010=same issue **

Got it working. It was todo with the EXE, replaced the exe with one from another computer and now its working.
