Many coders as of today have stated VAC HAS BEEN TURNED ON, so do NOT use any public hacks here or you may risk being VAC banned.

"VAC3 has been activated as of (at least) today and I have provided a proper dump below of the two modules mapped. Note that VAC2 is not loaded into memory and VAC3 takes roughly 15 minutes to be streamed in and mapped." - Forza
