Paypal unlimit Question

So a couple days ago, Paypal put a limit on my account because apparently the card owner had said that the they didn't register a paypal account. Anyway, I received 2 tasks to resolve this limit. One was to confirm bank account and another was confirm address. I did both of them and am waiting for the result ,but was wondering, does paypal want the bank account registered to the credit card or the one that i registered and have verified now.

call them they will resolve it fairly quickly. dont use other peoples cards.

If you are under the age of 18 do not call them, You will lose your paypal account they will ask for ID proof.

what the heck you are using other people's card haha. I can just use a prepaid card.

why did you used someone else card when you can create free vcc and verify pp with it
