Is there a way to become leader of a clan if the clan has no members exept a leader and the leader hasn't logged in for over a year?

if you're LT with the highest points yes

You can and you dont need to be a LT , all you need is a Membership , and a leader who hasnot been on for the last 90 days.
All you need to do is : Send a ticket about it.
You will become the leader and the leader will become LT.

Can't unless you're in the clan. But its worth a try sending a support ticket

I was told 60 days when I asked about getting my main removed as leader since I no longer had access to it. /

Last time i read the rules it was 90 days.
