Hello guys i found the address to activate Wallhack with Blue Lines. 
So here some picass !!
1: how it looks.
file: includes my hack.. might not work :P
Now let me explain.!!
Virus Scans:

To activate wallhack you have to follow these steps.!
1: open the Game or the CE
2: Attach hl2-tf2 in CE
3: join a server. (- Default value of the wallhack is (1) )
4: now wile you'r in the server and playing press - ALT+TAB and change the value to (2)Freeze the value if you want (MIGHT CHANGE TO (1) WITHOUT FREEZING IT)
5: Done Enjoy.
VAC Status = Unknown YET... USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK
