Realm Relay Help Please

I started the "win_start.bat" file, and nothing happens. I've tried opening it with my client open and opening my client after I open the .bat. I've followed the instructions in the .zip and I've changed my host file. Any help please?

Does a window open? It should be a dos box or whatever-it's-called, nothing else really.

Before I reinstalled windows last night sometimes the .bat file was opening a java.exe process but not showing the MS-DOS window but the hacks would still work on the client
