Hi, new to this, but can I get banned for using mods on a public server?

And if not how can I use them?

Pretty low, just don't afk in a draggable-god area and you are fine.

TBH they won't even ban you with clear video evidence, also, the only hack they can have PROOF of is fullscreen (If you throw poisons/traps/tp across the whole screen), auto aim (Using the ability in the opposite direction you're shooting) and the sprite hacks.
