Need a working anti-afk bot

I've searched long time for one and most of them are not working.
Does any of you have any idea about a working one?

Fogest's is not working anymore. Like nothing is happening after enabling the bot.
Vincent's is detected, i tried it and got 3 days ban.

Use a macro program such as Jitbit
