It's really easy to install this on the cracked version of the game.
Just go to Rust/rust_Data/Managed and there delete the file Assembly-CSharp and copy the new one which you download from the topic.

on the official Rust, the gray loading screen stays up. it doesnt load with the modded chsarp (as of 10-02-2014)
