Well, a while ago I've been trying to create my private server and am having various difficulties regarding this problem, I am using MMO empire v2 and I followed the tutorial step by step, ran as administrator, everything right, plus whenever I open client always get this error, I can not imagine what I do wrong .. if I do something wrong if you can help me thank you. the Mysql is active. it's all right. I sent the picture just because wserver server seems to be running normally.
