I got two major questions, first off; does anyone have an account I can use? Or at LEAST make me a fresh account as I keep getting an error each time I try to sign up. And second, why can't I download hacks, or any attachment for that matter?

You can't download anything because MPGH was down and Dave is still fixing some stuff in the website
