Any suggestions on how to make the patcher run faster for CF NA?

Shut down any other aplication/process wich is or may be using your internet sources or scanning something, like Internet explorer, on-line games, anti-virus etc. (check in the task manager, press Ctrl+Alt+Del) and any other aplication/process (not windows processes, just un-necessary one) wich uses much KB (like 25.000+ KB).
