i am currently using cheat engine 5.5, and i was trying to attempt the xp hack. the simple one concerning the (retaking) exam.
Retake exam:
-get through dialogue
-first match, pummel the mech(opponent) to death
-open cheat engine and locate process(or use window list option) that has mech quest running under it.
-multiply exp earned by 8x...( in this case, the oppnent yeilds 11 exp, so this would be 88)and place in value bar.
-click first scan
-go back to mech quest and proceed to the next fight and pummel the next guy to death.
-go back to cheat engine and take the acccumulated(which should be 22, and multiply it by 8 again, this giving you 176)
*- place 176 in the value bar and click next scan
- after that double click on the address for the value of 176 since there should only be one address as opposed to the several you had when you done it with the value of 88.
-go down to the bottom and change the value that is frozen down below(which should be 176) to say 100000
- beat the next guy and then finish the match,(eject)
you gained 100000 xp
voila.
now given where i placed the *
from that point on i continue to do this repeatedly, and i can never get it right i input the 176 and click next scan and for some reason it doesnt work, meanwhile i'm watching videos on youtube(which are from last month, not last year or later like most) and it seems like it is working. so what am i doing wrong? can someone please tell me?
