Some help?

So uhm, I had this paypal account that was verified with etrade. And I used a trial for a programming course. When that was done I chose to freeze the account for 3 months in case I'd have money on the account and might use it again. I forgot all about it and saw the email a few days ago. Since I didn't have money on the account, I didn't worry too much and figured I'd cancel it later. A few days later I suddenly get an email saying that the transaction has completed. They withdrew the money through etrade onto my paypal account and then took it from there. I didn't even know it was possible since most people have been telling me that they get instantly unverified with etrade, yet it even lets me take money for some reason. I have no idea what the hell can happen right now tho, so I'd appreciate some input. Thanks
