Nothing is working now. I open the cheat, select the ESP's, but it just won't work/shine. What should I do?

I open the game as admin, open the cheat as admin (that is on the game folder) on menu and already tried ingame, and then press esc to use mouse and turn esp on. Tried F1ing but also doesn't work...
