I have been using Google chrome for years now, simply one of the fastest, easiest browsers I have come across. Never had such an issue, I'm only using
.2 GB right now out of 8GB. I think you might have some background Trojans or something.

Re-install Firefox and don't choose to import. When you choose import, whatever is making Chrome shit gets transferred to Firefox.

Probs a trojan or something. Get this list and leave them scanning overnight.
1. Anti-Virus (if you don't have one already, get the free Avira)
2. Malware Bytes (free)
3. SUPERAntiSpyware (free)
If you don't have Sandboxie, get it. It will make your life way easier with backdoored shit.

Dunno. Do a cleanup of Chrome, if not working try another browser if problem persists, you have something on PC. Else, uninstall CHrome and reinstall it.

I have my laptop hooked up to my tv which I use as a display and have wireless keyboard and mouse... My specs are pretty bad, can't run anything... Main problem is my graphics, processor is decent.
But laptops get hot, it just happens. They're enclosed in their casing, with very little ventilation.
