Combat arms wont work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my combat arms thing wont open i have internet but its says cannot display web page and it wont sart up please help!!!!

I'm having the same problem... thinking it's an update or something like that anyone have any suggestions?

that's the same thing it's going and when it loads hackshield it crashes
