I Just reinstalled my pc, and I saw that these programs

Do I need these programs? Can I Uninstall them? Please help me

By the way. Id just like to say, that I love this forum!

SQL Server, nah, if you aren't going to use it.
C++ redists? Keep them, as they are quite important.

It sounds like an installer thingy, but it might be important. I'd say you should keep it

I wouldn't remove it as it's related to your GPU drivers so deleting it might mess up everything..

Are you running on a raspberry pi? On a commodore? If not look at the space they occupy and ask yourself if you need to remove those, considering they came with a clean install
