Another question.

Isn't dropping out a decision?

At the age of 16 yes.

Wouldn't recommend it though.

They revoke your license here.
I've missed 23 days of school this year... (not skipped)

I'm so behind and it's not even my fault.

I passed the top of my class, do not assume you know shit.I skipped the half days and always got my work before I skipped.

Take a lesson, you 13 year-old wannabe CS.
Lmao, I skipped class like 1/3 of the time and never got into shit, then again I did have great grades and test scores.
If we miss 10 days we have to go to court and have a meeting with social worker. 15 days DFCS comes and takes us, and parents have to go court again. And if you miss 10+ days you can't get your learners or drivers license.

Unexcused, but for me it wouldn't matter. My school system hates me and has counted all of my excused absences as unexcused. One more absence and I can't get my drivers next year. :/

Holy shi*t for real? Think I should pick up the slack then.
There is no universal law in any country or state that says, "If you miss x amount of days you will be sent to court." It's all circumstantial. If you have great grades, scores, and don't get into trouble, I doubt 10 days will even arouse suspicion (if the absenses are spread out). That is, if they are excused. If they are unexcused a.k.a. truancies a.k.a. you skipping schol, then you may have a problem. I think even then your principal/counselor says something, they're not going to send you to court. However, if you're always getting into trouble, misssing lots of school, and your grades are suffering, of course they're going to send a social worker to your house to see what's up.

That's funny as I have almost straight F's, skip classes almost everyday and I've got at least a dozen unexcused absences. They did send me a letter and all but they do that every year and nothing happens.
